Project Ideas
Measure barometric pressure, temperature, humidity, light intensity, etc. Store the data in internal memory and/or transmit the data via a radio link.

Use a GPS receiver to track the cansat position. Store and or tramsit position via radio (APRS).

Launch two cansats or split the cansat in half with each half  exchange position and/or  sensor data. Maybe setup a simple network between cansats to exchange data.

Install a camera. Tramsit real time video to cround station. Send a command from ground station to take still pictures with an onboard digial camera.
